Taryn brings over 20 years of experience as an architect, strategist, and change leader. She holds a BArch from Rice University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University.

Her work began with architectural design—particularly in educational environments—where she integrated brain development and pedagogy research into future-focused spaces. Seeing the need for deeper change beyond physical buildings, she expanded into organizational development and founded a multidisciplinary team to help school systems and nonprofits redesign both environments and behaviors.

Taryn’s facilitation style is rooted in active listening, intentional observation, and strategic insight. Her goal is always the same: to help organizations create the future they want—and then build the systems to sustain it.
